The Premiere Wing Chiller Replacement project was initiated due to the expiration of the existing CIAT chiller. The client sought a replacement chiller that prioritized energy efficiency and had a reputation for reliable backup service and readily available spare parts. To meet these requirements, a Carrier Chiller was selected as the replacement. The project was executed to replace the existing chiller with the Carrier unit, and it was completed on time and within budget constraints. The project concluded in December 2023, spanning a duration of 6 weeks.
The Project involves the replacement of existing header tanks within a commercial facility. Due to the tanks' location and condition, they were dismantled, and new tanks were assembled on-site. The new tanks feature liners for enhanced durability, and the Building Management Controls system is upgraded to include fail-safe alarms and monitoring for improved safety and oversight. The project was completed in April 2024 within a timeline of 8 weeks.
